In order for us to “get to know each other better” you will be taken through an extensive selection program. This will give you the chance to decide if our company is the right one for you and the right place for you to develop with us.
The „kick-off“ phase will start once both parties have agreed terms. This “acclimatization program” will enable you to really get to know our company better. You will be given your own specially selected trainer who will professionally guide you through the company ensuring no question is left unanswered.
Upon finishing the acclimatization process you will be given the responsibility to operate on one of our many exciting projects. This will give you the opportunity to improve your professional and personal skills in the areas appropriate to you within our company and allow you to make the impossible possible.
